Does yours have an opening at the top? My kitties go in a lot easier instead of being pushed through the front.
Edit: Rolling him into a burrito might work too.
Do you folks have any recipes to share here? The retreat that I'm going to in November has a bunch of pre-dietary rules (e.g., no processed foods, meat, dairy, etc) and I'm trying to figure out new things to eat. Anything goes.
Ah ok. My doc told me that there's often shortages of Armour (at least in my area's pharmacies) and he isn't a fan of the T4/T3 ratio in it.
Good luck! I think you'll definitely prefer the holistic MD over others. They might lean towards the hippie side, but they participate in...
I'm the same way. Sleep deprivation will drive ya nuts, even if you don't feel like you're tired!
Have you tried anything like Melatonin or sleep meds for those days? They can make you a little groggy in the morning, but it's still better than nothing.
Are you taking Synthroid (aka levothyroxine) by any chance? I feel like crap when I'm on anything other than Nature-Throid, even if my TSH is lower end of normal.
I thought I had adrenal issues for a long time until my doc diagnosed my fertility issues (very important even if you aren't trying...
I think it's the only way that it stays legal, but I get what you're saying.
Awesome, thank you! The site lists the dieta and I'll be following it religiously along with several other things up until I go there.
Thank you! My first day starts Monday. Their schedule is really flexible, which is great for doing other things throughout the day. There's a really big art room, cooking area, and library that I'm free to use at all times (as long as they're open). They're one of the very few schools in the...
I've gotten sick too many times on psychedelics. I just booked mine for November and I'll be sure to provide an update afterward. The one that I booked is over the weekend and lasts three days in total, two of which being the "medicine days".
Ok so I found some more information... It turns out...
I noticed that too, LOL. :D The only info that I found says that it prevents the shaman from helping them and/or that it prevents the women from contacting the "spirits".
Definitely. He could do something very bad to your dog (or family in general) if the police do not get involved. My aunt had a really bad neighbor that poisoned her dog with antifreeze.
I think a lot of us feel the same way. What you went through was completely valid and you have the right to express your feelings. If you were faking it, you would've quit posting on this site a loooong time ago.:hug::hug::hug:
I came across a listing for a six day ayahuasca retreat here in Colorado. I searched up on here and it seems that a couple people found that it really helped them, but I'd like to hear a couple first-hand accounts of it. Link Removed is the info in case if anyone is interested.
I've tried microdosing with 4-HO-MET and 4-AcO-DMT (shrooms' legal cousins - the latter being indistinguishable IMO) and it's more sedating than others. Psychedelics have very strong anti-inflammatory effects, so I can see why it gives your roommate relief. Personally, I'm very biased towards...
Link Removed I would be interested to see how MDMA plus therapy and regular medications compare, but it seems that they only provide a placebo (so no meds except for MDMA).
Aaaaaand the same folks are even looking into using MDMA for couples therapy now. Seems pointless if a couple needs drugs...
Agreed! I have a couple garden in a can kits hat grow basil and cilantro. They're organic and include self regulating soil, so that you can grow them inside all year with no risk of messy dishes. I got them for only $4 each.
Was just thinking about this earlier. I jumped out of the window and a bunch of other things as a kid and never got any help for it, aside from seriously hurting myself and getting fixed up for a bit at the hospital. As far as my parents were concerned, I was just being a normal kid (on top of...
Trying to get some ideas for bedtime rituals. I made a youtube playlist from this channel's videos and play it before I go to bed and while I sleep. Oh and some aromatherapy and reading thrown in. :bookworm:
Edit: Here is the playlist in case if anyone is interested.
