    I have been mindful of the amount of rest I need while recuperating. Napped, snacked on veggies and slept most of the day yesterday. . Added Calmes Forte to aid in restful sleep. Feel calm, relaxed and refreshed today....for the first day since May of last year. Got a new style for my hair...

    Triple the normal walk time=3 20 minute walks already today. Feeling like there is hope to slowly progress into a power walk.     Resting a lot today after feeling a bit run down. May be a touch of the flu? Ate a vegan lunch and snacked on healthy carbs for energy. A little nap and lounging with the family tonight. Mindful breathing to help manage some stress around changes happening with routine.

    Just starting to emerge from the house. 5 minute power walk every 3 hours. Daily yoga with mindfulness and breathing about 15 minutes. It's a start. Using muscle milk and protein to aid in body strength, too. Great reading here, thanks
