I have been mindful of the amount of rest I need while recuperating. Napped, snacked on veggies and slept most of the day yesterday. . Added Calmes Forte to aid in restful sleep. Feel calm, relaxed and refreshed today....for the first day since May of last year. Got a new style for my hair. Enjoyed listening and hearing stories from my best friend. I like reading this thread. It is very inspiring.
