    Definitely second/third/seventh the recommendation for EMDR. If you're able to find a trauma informed hypnotherapist, they might be able to pull something out of the corners of your brain? A neurofeedback therapist could do a QEEG and see where your memory may be blocked and walk you through...

    My new rule is If I feel unsafe or destabilized or conflicted... I remove myself until I have my bearings and am grounded. Then I can look at it from the outside and go back in if I want to. Stepping outside isn't breaking rules or abandoning or betrayal.... it's safety and sanity. 🙏🏼
