Having heavy secrets or needing a hide a part of self can be a big burden whatever reason, whether it's pstd or being a member of lbtq community. There are propably alot individuals who need to hide both kind of secrets to survive
My layman take is that any therapy is going to take as long is going to take. I dont think there is a one magic therapy for pstd or cpstd and different therapies work for different people. I think that therapists can often mix approaches from different therapy modes when necessary?
Could a couple/family therapy be an option? It's seems kind of dramatic that you got a sudden announcement that 'you have angered everyone in my family' apparently without knowing it yourself. And based on your message I think you haven't done this on purpose. I wonder could talking to a neutral...

- staying at bed for 1h after waking up and meditating or listening a podcast
