Tired. Today I am just tired. Can't seem to stay awake. Don't even know why I am so tired.

It is wicked cold outside but nice and sunny. A good day for a fire in the wood stove, curtains open to let in sunshine, wrap in a blanket and watch football. (a.k.a. nap with the game on).

If something doesn't make sense to me, I just shrug my shoulders and take a guess. Eventually it makes sense. I kinda figure I'm probably as confusing (confused??) as anyone else!

Being invited to dinner with friends and feeling comfortable enough to walk around without shoes, unload the dishwasher, clean up the table, wash counters, eat with my fingers... friends are the family you choose.

I am supposed to keep my pup quiet again today but I had to let him run a bit. Watching him run recklessly around the yard made me smile. It was pure joy for him. Yes, he is back to his quiet place... much more relaxed, I must say!
