@MT Johnny
Yeah that's me right now as well, vomiting (like I get an intense urge to vomit), nausea, hyperventilation and cold hands with tremors through my entire body when it gets really bad.
5mg's of a diazepam medicine is often enough to put a lid on it for me when it becomes unmanageable.
And I'm interested to know if others have noticed this as well.
Over the last 3 years that my anxiety came back and became really strong (ran into the "wall"), I've noticed that my anxiety and the things I feel from it have changed.
6 months ago I had a lot of heart worries, I had skipped beats...
I generally try to keep myself calm, recognize that it's anxiety happening, wrap myself in a blanket, have something to drink and take 1 of the oxazepam pills to help bring it down. Takes an hour before the pill takes effect, but it works well at minimal dose.
It's a problem because it can...
The first week of medication you might not feel anything, or you might even feel elated. Full effect may not be achieved until up to a 4 weeks of treatment with some medications. Drowsiness and being very tired is a very common effect of anti-depressants.
But if you feel like it's not evening...
Have you ever considered melatonin supplements? Those really aid my sleep, when it's needed.
Melatonin is the natural sleep hormone in your body, so within an hour of taking one pill you will feel really tired and that's when you should be in bed. It should help you stay in bed as well.

Any warm drink is good against anxiety. Warmth and heat is soothing and helps you relax.
I find a hot cup of tea (with as little caffein as possible in it) with a spoon of honey and a warm blanket feels great.
I buy a lot of different tea, mostly mixed bags, so I can choose how much I use...
Excessive yawning, to my knowledge, when related to anxiety, has to do with hyperventilation or shallow breathing. I get that some times too. Just forget about how you're breathing and let your body do it for you like it always does, that's what works for me.
You've grown, you've lost your innocence and become a jaded, brooding adult with responsabilities. You're not alone :p
You sound depressed. I'm not sure how to put it in any other way, it seems like clear depression, when you lose the "light" and joy, so to speak. With depression, it feels like...
Yes, definetly gonna work to eliminate my rather stupid sugar "binges" I can have every other week, where I eat sugary things that often make me miss a meal.
@Senecia
I've got palpatations as well, but the feeling I get with these jolts is different. It really feels like a surge going through my body.
I've had my heart checked and all that stuff, I'm perfectly healthy with nothing remarkable. I have what I refer to as an electrical wiring issue...
Some anxiety is normal. But you also need to think about why you should keep feeling anxious about things. Will feeling anxious about things change how these things occur and change? No, not at all. That means it's irrational anxiety. Everyone is anxious about new things or feels stress related...
Perhaps the best method to deal with it isn't to fight it, but to accept that it's there?
I know exactly what you mean about how the moments of feeling good are just moments, and how anxiety feels like a constant. And I've had many periods where I simply didn't feel like going anywhere, at all...
Hi!
The name's Andreas, I'm actually from Sweden, and I've got Aspergers, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and suffer from depression. I've had anxiety and panic attacks for 8 years now and about 2 years ago they got a lot worse, due to reasons I shall not get into. But anyway, the last few months...
