I'm glad to hear you shared this with her. I totally understand when you have mindsets that seem immovable. I have many of those but I agree that acknowledging them is important. I hope and pray this starts to move in a positive direction in terms of your self-perception.

If it's an ingrained thought pattern it will probably take some time to address. Are you aware when you're getting into this ttpe of thinking? Have you been able to identify any triggers for it?

I personally have used some supplements that I enjoy but I'm not sure if that's your thing. I try to make sure I get Vitamins A, B, C and D pretty regularly. Also Magnesium and Zinc.
