What would make for a good argument paper?

I am just thinking of what to write about for my English class, this time it is an argumentive paper. I am trying to think of a debatable proposition or claim. Just trying to think of a short sentence which saids the claim.
I find that more the options that harder it is for me to make a decision. It makes my stress level go up. I get to the point I am unsure what to do. Worried that I will make a mistake and do something wrong.
My last paper I wrote on "What is it like being a college student with PTSD?" I am...
Once I was able to get my stress down and relax. Also allowed myself to cry. Then after a couple of days I was finally able to read the material as just material. I did get a 84% on my midterm. The highest grade was a 91 and lowest 41. Mean 67.51. It feels great overcoming something and...
I was in a psyc hosptial 3 times back in 1998-1999. All the psyc hospital did was drug me up and sent me out. All it did was create more trauma for me. This summer I spent three weeks inpatient at a trauma unit in Hollywood, Florida. This unit is strickly for female and strickly for trauma. They...
This is the only chapter in the textbook I have a problem with. I did let the professor know. This is the first time a whole chapter in a textbook has triggered me. The midterm is worth 30% of the grade.
I have a midtearm coming up for Learning Psychology. The problem I am having is chapter 6: "Operant Punishment". Chapter 1-5 on the test will be pulled from the pool questions used for the quizes. Chapter 6, is not covered by quiz so all the questions on the midterm will be new. I haven't been...
It is not easy to socialize in college/university, expecially dealing with the stress and anxiety of meeting the deadlines of assignments, studying for tests, etc. Sometimes it takes all my energy to keep focused.
I do have two good friends, they do try to be there for me. When the PTSD...

Share your experience and I will share mine.
I have another question goes in line with the original question "What is it like being a college student with PTSD?"
My question is: "How do you balance relationship/friendship with going to college/university with PTSD?"
Let me clear something up. I am not an English Lit major. My major is psychology. My main interest is in trauma. The paper I am doing is for an simple English class, and is a investigation paper. I have found it theraputic that I am not the only one facing challeges of attending a...
For me, small classes bring on more anxiety then large classes. I feel more volunerable and put on the spot in smaller classes. When it comes to male professors, I tend to avoid talking with them in person, mostly if I have a question or concern I do it through email. Also, I tend to go more for...
What helped me keep going in a Universty is the support system I have. Starting on year 6. Even though it will take me eight years to graduate, it will be worth it.

Here is something I learned we don't have a disorder, but have emotional difficulty. I dislike the labels given, we survived something or multiple traumas and get a diagnoses. It like it was our fault that we were abused, in reality it was not.
EMDR is looking at the congitive. It is great for people who doesn't dissociate. There is another technique that I learned while at the WIIT program in hollywood, florida. Called RRT which deals with emotions and is patient driven. RRT is Rapid Reducation technique. This technique is a way to...
I am 29 years old and I go to a University.
bec you did make a good point about the age range. I am insterested in any age of students attending college/university and the challenges they faced. Whether they were diagnosed or not. By getting feedback from others in this group then I know...
