Loafing in South Africa again. I have been trying to calm down my CNS and this is a good place for me to chill and get some quiet time.

I have had a bunch of health stuff over the past few months and I really need rest. So, I got a chance to go stay in my friend’s lodge in South Africa for a couple weeks. I am on the very long flight there now.

Gross airplane food. Only one bite. On my way back to South Africa for some much needed rest.

I picked up a book in Budapest a couple years ago that is fascinating. It is called The Weaponization of Everything. It was published in the UK. No matter where you stand on the political spectrum, it is well worth reading. We are all being manipulated on a mass scale.

Lazy. Nothing pressing today. I am taking the dog for a couple hour walk today and packing for some travel, California and South Africa. It should be a nice break, I have struggling with stress overload for a while now and it has greatly impacted my health.
