I don't know as many US species but I think the little black and white guy in the end is a kind of chickadee.

we had a bad year for bugs a few years back and i think we had it better than my neighboring farmers because of the birds we attract here. tons of bird feed annually at three feed stations like the one in the picture brings in hundreds of birds and dozens of hawks and eagles and owls and even osprey from time to time waiting and watching the little ones, all of them eating bugs and snakes and mice, there is no lose in the equation

Earlier this evening.

saw a red fox today, it was running down the path I was on. looked very orange and fluffy.

and I saw a small nursery web spider the other day, I was sweeping outside and it hid in the crack of the front door. didn't want to squash it when I closed it so I made it move, managed to pick it up after I was done cleaning, it hadn't gone far. interesting animal, quite fast.

Yesterday I was walking into church and a goose above my head honked (?) :)

I saw a male house sparrow by my window, a centipede, and a mouse (mouse = rare for me)

On my evening walk I saw two owls and two bats.
