I'm working on coping techniques to help me I decided to work on my chakras to get rid of my dissociation but it made it way worse Thank you so much for this advice

But I also think meditating my chakras caused me to go it dissociation deeper

But I don't feel tired at all when I wake up

I don't really feel anything for myself but my family like my mother and sister I feel love for them and no I don't really know someone that deals with that stuff

I've lost all my feelings for my significant other and I don't want to I feel no attachment and I don't feel in love when before I did the chakra meditation I did.help

I can't really think of anything that makes me feel myself because everything I do I don't feel in reality it's weird.

What can I do about not feeling like myself,things just come out of my mouth.mu creativity has gone down,I feel slow.i feel like who am I am I real?.im also purchasing this grounding technique book so I hope that helps.

do I continue and get myself better with chakra to balance myself out or do I do an alternative method?
