    Havent found a dbt therapist yet but am looking. I felt like hurting my mom and she knew it. It wasnt getting any better only worse. I think thats why she wanted me to go. Its just that she triggers me. But im not a meek person anyway. I have anger issues but NEVER with my mom!

    Thank you so much He prescribed me 1mg right before bed. I agree with you I have doubts about being bipolar...and even if I am I have worse problems lol. I am going to see a specialist that do extensive testing to determine bp so well see. Antidepressants have never really done anything for me.

    No sorry but this did nothing for my nightmares either albeit I didn' take it long. But trazadone helped me sleep deeply and I didn' wake up feeling like a zombie all day.
