    None ptsd related: Loud eating/breathing/snoring. Yes sounds petty but it literally makes my skin crawl. I just can't handle it. It runs in my family strangely enough. I'm sure I could be here for days haha. But that's my main one.

    When somebody is asking you information about the past (5 previous addresses!) And you just stare like a deer in headlights. Anxiety and trauma fried parts of my brain lady! she looked at me like I was insane.

    I tend you wake up crying for some reason. I get the odd time when I scream, but not as often. Usually it's crying and feeling afraid and alone.
