    Have a new baby boy on the way in 2 weeks and feel nothing, numb, i hate me , not worthy to be a dad. Cutting isnt helping, hirting so bad tonight

    Self harm struggle

    I have been in severe low lately due to a total med cocktail change to battle extreme emotional numbness, I battle cutting or burning myself daily just to feel something. Anyone else struggle with the overwhelming emotional numbness?
