This came up again

Couple in our area offered us free rent utilities use of their shower laundry. We own rv our current lot rent is 400.00 month all utilities included. My husband has worked for our landlord once we got 50 % off rent. He is doing this again now. The couple have health issues. The husband has had CVA. I asked my husband if the adult children knew about their parents doing this. Would our Verizon service work. What would be their expectations of us. Our dogs are my ESAs. I have document. Would the couple want us to drive them somewhere. I have a seizure risk seizure free almost 12 years. I have real id drivers license. What if I cant drive. What happens to us if couple becomes incapacitated or dies. We would have to buy container to haul dump our black water. Are there weapons at the couples home. The husband and mine are veterans. The wife wants my husband there as she is on Facebook worried about safety in US. Fair enough. Plus we are buying picking up a newer but used vehicle on March 17. The dogs need a ramp to get in back of vehicle. I have to reschedule 2 medical appts due to getting the newer vehicle. Asked my husband what the couples expectations of us are. We were going to see the place in am. We have not agreed to anything yet they contacted someone to install 50 amp breaker. No permission from us. I told my husband I would not go with him in AM. Plus if we do this need notarized document aka lease with start and end date list of expectations coverage of the dogs. I told my husband I want to give the couple copy of my ESA document. My husband says not necessary. This document gives me and my dogs some legal rights under ADA. So. My husband is cancelling. This is crazy. No critical thinking

If you have ptsd I do husband does who does not at least try to look at all consequences and perhaps how to avoid or reverse them. I am very pressured by this couples offer so it is not right.

Yet when I talk like this use critical thinking have boundaries guess who is wrong,? Me

More to this. We live in NM. Wild fire season not expected to be easy. The offer of free rent etc the couple said they cut or trimmed all their trees. Our current rv park has trees with less fire risk. But mithinv is certain. We have an insurance on our rv. Husband keeps bringing up wildfire season 2026. I do not feel safe now with one thing after another coming up..I don't and can't control all this stuff. Nor shoukd zi try. This offer is not well thought out.

So we went to this couples residence. It is beutiful. I think it will be ok besides changes internet black water dump etc. It may be I will be around a wife and husband that is not consumed by all this sickness in the US. Just people to talk with about normal daily
stuff with respect and kindness. I don't see the problems I posted about yesterday.
