One of the biggest things for me to relax was to give myself permission to do nothing and not feel guilty about it. With PTSD you are constantly re-traumatized and need to take time heal daily, hourly some time.
My trauma's have been different. Some perpetrators were members of my family so I have to see them but I have become numb to them by practice over the years. I can't imagine what you are going through. I would have to be heavily medicated.
You definitely should feel stressed with all of that on your plate even without the PTSD. The sleeping is your body's way of trying to help you relax. Give yourself permission to do so. Give yourself permission to just say, ok, I'm under too much stress and I am just gonna veg out for a while...

Have you tried embracing it? You went through a trauma. Its a normal reaction. Ask yourself why are you really angry and you give it a voice. A saner voice. I say this easily now as I'm not experiencing it presently. Hope you remind me of these words when I make the same post.
