Thanks guys.... Made another emergency appointment to see GP today. Now lowered aripiprazole back down and 5diazepam in eve for sleep and 2in the morning to relax muscles and stop restlessness as codeine was doing nothing. Sigh... All feels pretty bad right now. :(

Drug change & anxiety Grrrr! Signed Off work so all not well. Lasted a few mins, so exhausting!!! This was a mild one, but one all the same... :'( had a bath which helped but so so low now...

Am gutted :( Really hard as still on the manic side so need to do stuff, but am also very shaky so achieving...

Diazepam has once again been my saviour - a week and a half down the line I'm getting about 5 hours sleep :) massive improvement on 3 or the 0 I was getting!!! Still very broken sleep, but getting there. Yesterday took half dose and still slept = Yey! Trying to ween self off now inc aripiprazole...

Still struggling - air con in my classroom is good, but having a support assistant who keeps putting the heating on and winding the kids up saying it's cold isn't... Sigh... Only two people at work know what's going on, and neither are in my class... Boo!

I would be interested in personality disorder one - no doesn't cause trauma but caused by trauma... Would be nice to talk to others with a diagnosis as feel very ashamed etc about it...

@Jezanna - like the walking idea. At the mo it's fueling the mania tho... Only on aripiprazole at the mo - just come off quetiapine and mitazapine. Hopefully will add in mood stabilizer when next see psych -- she packaged aripiprazole ad fixing everything but I doubt it! @anthony - it seriously...
