    @otakujome Music, gaming, watching movies, warm baths anything that occupies my mental thoughts when I'm feeling down from a bad day helps me feel better or atleast stops the downward spiral. Also just talking about it on here or to my sibling makes me feel better. Hope you feel better soon!

    I can relate, I kinda wan't a tattoo too but I wanted to get something more ambiguous like "one time for your mind" or something like that. I feel like people will prejudge me and limit myself from building new relationships and living a "normal life" but maybe I care too much.

    Being "flinchy"

    Hypervigelance, always on gaurd, tencing up around others, protecting your space is all part of ptsd. It's hard for people with ptsd to trust others. When your brain goes through a trauma it gets on gaurd so to speak so it won't go through a trauma again. Trauma can mess with nervous system too...
