If you can't sleep after 15 minutes,
Wow. I have never -in my life- fallen asleep in less than 60-90 minutes, under normal* circumstances. I forget people do that.

* Normal circumstances defined by white picket fence style living (not in the field, not working back to back doubles, not sleeping twice a week, not profoundly sick, not on kick ass drugs, etc.)

I fall asleep while I'm in the process of lying down, before my head's on the pillow, lol. In mid-sentence if I'm talking. Lights go out, and I'm gone. For the last few years, it's been like this. I start running out of energy by 2PM or so - and by 5PM I have trouble keeping my eyes open.By 7PM I feel drunk. If I'm still standing by 8PM it's unusual. Of course then after I've slept an hour or 2, I start waking up - and then after 3 or 4 hours, I can't get back to sleep anymore.
