I have tried many different canabinoids to try to help with PTSD, but never in large quantities, or, apart from CBD, for long term.

Recently, after reading on CBG I decided to give it a try. I have been doing CBD/CBG edibles a couple times a day for a few weeks and find that first off - they are a huge help with aches and pains. Anxiety and sleep were other things that were part of the general things it was supposed to help, and I am finding over the longer term it seems to be helping.

I should preface that with my sleep is all over the place all the time so "better" is relative, but my sleep pattern is more what it used to be long ago, chunks of deep sleep with breaks of shallow. Not more sleep really - just less broken sleep. And getting to sleep seems easier, because I actually feel tired.

Just spent a few days without CBG. I am so glad I got more. The difference in general anxiety when I ran out was HUGE. My tinnitus has been a bit crazy the last bit but that doomish stressed feeling without? Bad bad bad. "Headaches"? Bad.

2 days with - CBG - I'm good again. Even went to see my doctor alone today......

I just begin trying CBG as well. Just curious what’s your dosage?

The oil is CBG: 10 mg/mL, CBD: 20 mg/mL , and I am taking .5 ml per dose.

Seems pretty low but it still seems to be dong the job.
