As quite a few are feeling a bit down I thought I would post this up now, rather than leaving it for a few more weeks.
The last 2 years forum parties have been fun for those who could join in, and as we now have web cam and voice chat available this year could be a real blast.
Having looked at the calender and found that both Christmas and New year's eve are both on following weekends, I was thinking of maybe the weekend before. So Saturday the 18th of December seems to be the best day I can see so far.
I will post up a start time later, as it will be UK time and fitting it so anyone can join in, even just for a while could be interesting again.
Bring your own food, drinks and party hats. Fancy dress will as usual be optional, and please keep the noise down as the neighbour's can get a bit ratty if they are disturbed too much.

This event has now been decided at 7pm UK time, Saturday 17th December.
That translates into the following approximate times for major locations, being:
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_GB.aspx and we also have a world map here: [DLMURL]https://www.ptsdforum.org/c/threads/world-map-clock.16411/[/DLMURL]for those that know their geographic location and can quickly work out timezone changes.
Basically, everyone in the US between the East and West Coasts fit between those time frames.
A special "Christmas" room will be opened prior to the event, remaining open 48hrs to accommodate as many people as possible for a Christmas party chat, which is a festive chat.
The public room will still be open for all the PTSD discussion... this is purely one of those events we all get silly, get on the web cams, etc... its usually a real blast.
