I've just had a PC from a member asking how NH is.

One of the mods had a call from NHs daughter yesterday. NH came through surgery well and was recovering.

The simple truth is that you made it to and through surgery, so for TODAY you ARE sitting on the top step. Congrats!

NH, here is where you begin the first day of the rest of your life. All things better, resolution, closure, and all of those words of peace. It is hard to make sense of things in life when you are constantly in pain. That will soon end!

I look forward to hearing about the day you decide to run a marathon or you play soccer or run on the beach pain free! The next part of this journey requires your focus, hard work, and positive outlook! You have got this! Attack your rehab with the same vigor you have in preparing for this surgery. I am so proud of you!
