Oh my dear friend, I am sorry things are not going as well as you had hoped and we had all prayed for. Just do you're best with PT and what the doctors ask you to do, that's all anyone can ask of you. See if maybe they can give you a few more days before talking about the MUA? I'm so sorry you have to go through this. It's really sucky :(

The last time I had to have PT it was a full year to get the real recovery. That seems to be the way that PT works. Also, the PT ended after 6 months but the effects kept slowly attenuating.

I'm just saying this to say it can be a long process. Don't let the length throw you. You'll get better!

PS: My most trusted Therapist (PT type) told me that MUA can be very beneficial in certain cases. It's like priming the pump. Perhaps a little extra pain, but worth it if done when warranted. Listen to what they are saying and to what they aren't saying. And don't panic!

Well I hope the my Dr. will come by this weekend and give me his view of the situation. That would make one less appointment for next week.:) Huge progress in my eyes I managed to pick my leg up for the first time without help of a towel.:tup:
