I'm feeling a shooting pain every time I breathe in and a stabbing pain every time I breathe out. My whole body aches and my head feels so full its hard to focus with the pain.

Emotionally, I feel dreadful, past crying, past numbness just overwhelming panic, fear, sadness. I am feeling every unpleasant emotion and more :(.
