Been out of touch for a while but wanted to stop by and say you are doing great!! Keep fighting and things will improve!! I thought I'd never use my right arm again when I had shoulder surgery but it was so worth it in the end! You just have to be patient and not give up!! Keep fighting for mobility! Glad you feel better. You are making progress!! :tup:

It is kinda hard being home there are things I want to do and there are things I a reminded I need to do. There are so many things and I must not over do it like I did yesterday. I have PT today and hope that my ROM keeps improving so far I am at 65% and I need to be at 90% in order to not need the MUA.

Take it slow with PT and don't go crazy! You've still got time to get to where you need to be to avoid the MUA. If you over-do now it could set you back miles. Remember, baby steps. Before you can learn to run you must learn to walk. Before you can learn to walk, you must learn to stand first. You've got the standing, and you're trying to run silly goose! Walk first my friend;)

I think you got it soooo right. I know that over doing it could cause major set backs.
