I'm glad you were able to get out and do some shopping. It is good that the doctor is happy with your progress, that is a good sign, I think.

Very good news NH... I too am working on the straightening... and I keep reinjuring. I'm resigned to the swelling being there for a good bit longer. Pain wise... It's better though it pains me at moments.

I don't want any more steroid shots. I may have to agree to the scope if it's not better by the New Year. :unsure:

Thinking of you. Hugs and prayers. Lots of people in your corner. I know what you mean about wallowing. I think I had a wallowing day of my own. I am just now trying to get out of it. You will heal and will feel better.
The light at the end of the tunnel. I will be so glad when you reach that point.

I am sorry you have to suffer so. I am glad you got out of there and went shopping. It is good o get out and about. I live for those moments. As long as it does not exhaust me. Great big cyber hugs.

It was great news to hear that your doctor was pleased with your progress. I hoped that you found that encouraging. Glad that you got out of the house and did some shopping. It has to be a good feeling to get out and about, and not just for doctors appointments and PT.

The pain seems to have come down a bit:) I actually have to remind myself to bend my knee when I am walking. I am with out a doubt starting to feel a bit better. I still have a long way to go but at least I m going in the right direction.

Retail therapy - the best :inlove:.

I'm pleased your doctor was pleased, we set the bar so high for ourselves. If you are like me, sometimes it is hard to see what we can do as we focus on what we can't - does that make sense?
