I have a physical aptitude test for the career firefighters at the end of this month. It's nice to actually be able to help isn't it? I'm only a volunteer at present, but the boost to self-esteem is incredible. Just remember, a major part of getting back into working as a team, is trusting others to actually be there (that is something I have major problems with). Hypervigilance is a bastard in the training, you will be put places where they try and see if they can freak you out, just trust them and your equipment (it sounds trite, but there it is). Congratulations on passing.
