Responses To Your Therapist That You Will Probably Never Say

I have a brand new therapist, and only seen him twice. The first session went well. The second, he left me triggered and then went on vacation for the holidays and won't be able to see me again til January 11th. Now that was uncalled for in my humble opinion. Due to the last time, I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to work with him. any therapist who leaves a person triggered is not very good in my opinion.

Just so you know, just before he told me time was up, he ask, "What exactly brought about your last episode to feel you needed to get a security system in your apartment?" I told him, then he said time was up. DUH.
Hello = if I needed to be thinking about why I am scared all I'd have to do is walk in my neighborhood after dark. And it was dark when I got out of the office. My power wheelchair is a bad one. Oh well, I won't get started.

The think I'll probably never tell him is he was an ass for asking a PTSD person a question like that just before closing session. But I will let him know I'm not pleased.

T: Lets talk about a suicide plan. M: You mean I should have one after 15 years of suicidal idealation. Doh

Seriously, what do they expect you to say. Like I'm going to discuss this with them, and knowing that I have had suicidal thoughts since a small child, why don't they just figure out that of course I have a flipping plan. That's what I'd like to say.:banghead:
