Crazy Experience With Sleep Walking And Talking

Sorry I haven't replied in awhile. I was reading a book about sleep disorders. I have none of them... I feel bedbug is closest to what I trying to get at. I'm not really a sleep walker. I do walk and talk.but I remember what exactly happened like an outta body experience.

The problem is you are not suppose to remember. I'm trying to think maybe it's when I'm dreaming and husbands hand or foot touches me I've physically grabbed his arm and almost ripped it off I've also sat up and smacked him in the face. I remember the look he gave me and I felt bad but said nothing and fall back asleep.

Bedbug, I have seen spiders too and snakes. One Time I saw a baby girl in a crib sitting at the edge of my bed but all this stuff wakes me up or I'm already awake while I walk around. Maybe it's just confusiol arousal. Maybe I jam ust beginning to sleep walk and it will get worse to we're I leave house without remembering.

I'm really not that bad because everything seems to be within seconds and then I'm out again. Like random jumping outta bed or sitting up freak if out or kicking husband. Sorry if this is long.

I don't remember my episodes of sleepwalking but mine were indeed strange. Strangest and weirdest was I woke up in a parking lot and apparently drove! They always start the same, I go to sleep (or try) in my bed and wake up just as tired and in a different location.

Sometimes I remember but sometimes I do not. Same problems with my husband and he is very strong to put up with it but I try to hit him and spit on him and it is always at night. I have a problem with delayed sleep too so it is usually early morning when I have just fallen to sleep and usually when some type of noise triggers me to go into this situation.

I thought for a while it had something to do with my seizures but I know that most of my trauma happened in bed in the early hours of the morning and my husband is 20 years older than me and sometimes I think I mistake him for my abuser.
