Calling All You English Out There.

Well, those of us old enough to remember the thread a few weeks ago entitled quite simply 'England'. I was sat here mulling over life and the possibility that somehow I seem to be finally finding fragments of the real me hidden in plain sight for the last thirty four years.

It was vaguely muted that we 'Brits' should do 'Luncheon' or maybe a quaint spot of 'Tiffin' in the not too distant future.

So, ladies!

'As I seem to also remember, I was in fact the only male from the UK to reply on that thread, LOL.

How would a UK Sufferers lunchtime get-together sound?

I do believe that a group have done similar in the past.

You have made a fundamental error. Your title says 'English', your post says UK. So are you including the rest of the UK - or not ?:p

Right that's it settled then ......... We will call all of our 'Fellow country persons be they; Devonian, Welsh, Scottish, Southern, Northern, Irish, Eastern UK oh and not forgetting the Cornish brethren to task on this issue.

May I as I see I am still the only male to reply to this issue 'the new comers are all ladies I have noticed !!

I said on the original thread that I was getting a tad nervous at seemingly being the only 'Englishman' on the forum but I now feel even more perturbed, I'm sure it's a conspiracy.:cautious:

Right then ladies first as I still consider myself to be an 'English Gentleman' Yes I know we are a dying breed........ Suggestions of where and what month please .

I would be travelling from Devon I I may start off by suggesting somewhere easily accessible to the attendees.

Oh yes apologies @Ayesha I forgot to reply to your point.

I had not seen the particular thread but have read it appropriately and thank-you. I think that would be a great way to show that we 'Sufferers turned Survivors' can be civilised and drink our Earl grey from the finest Bone China in the county garden ! Apologies to all for my frivolity I am having a cracking day and making success for myself a personal goal. Look out Man United...... LOL @Lucycat of course I include all of my fellow countrywomen in that statement. As after all I am still the only male.
