I haven't had much of theraphy, and my triggers are specific people, and some places. And some actions.

The problem is, exposure theraphy is something I could hardly do, in the form of writing out trauma and such, because I don't remember so much, I mean, I remember much more than before the meltdown, but still, definitely not a lot. So that is a problem.

I'm the first non stranger rape client my therapist has done exposure therapy with. It's been a long road of CBT and addiction therapy to get here. I have triggers everywhere and I'm still not sure how to control some. One is a particular model of car that's out a lot in the summer.

Through the course of this, we've discovered that there's a lot I don't remember that's coming back to me so we're working though that.
