I had a mini panic attack during my 7th hour at school. I asked to be excused and I was. I went up into the bathroom and curled up into a ball, put my sweatshirt over my face and started to rock back and forth and I was breathing really fast too. What can I do the next time I have a panic...

no safety plan. i cant talk to parents cause they dont belive in mental health (its a long story). I dont have a phone to call anyone

is it bad that the only thing on my mind right now is overdosing?

Last night my mom got a call that my great great aunt had a big stroke and so she is most likely going to die today. I don't know how to deal. It is a lot harder to focus in school.
