4 weeks

On Wednesday it will be 4 weeks since I have cut myself yet I still feel like a worthless piece of shit with no friends and no life.

Awesome accomplishment... very awesome !! Just keep doing what is needed to heal. This is a long hard journey, no one here will lie about that. It takes work and commitment. And many baby steps. Hope you have help and support nearby. If not, we are here for you.
But not cutting for a month is HUGE... very proud of you for that commitment to not self harming.
