    Perhaps. My parts actually influence my perception of reality and do so sporadically which makes it hard to get a grip on what is real and what is not. It's extremely disconcerting.

    I have become somewhat aware of parts but they're hard to access. I find affirmations helps to coax them out like saying I love myself and I want to understand myself.
