Welcome to the community. Unfortunately, trauma affects society, and someone suffers... one being you. Sorry to hear another child abuse victim. My motto: if hell exists, we're in it already.

I didn't get enough sleep last night. I don't like nights like that. Just a consequence of going to bed late and having to get up early the next morning for something. Hate it when those two collide. I don't mind late nights if I can sleep in the next day, so I get my 8 hours.

I hope things go well for you @ms spock. I hate that kinda stuff... paperwork, fighting with Government persons.
