Pretty well. 6 hours 45 min. Sleep has been better since deep brain reorientation sessions.

7 hours, I discovered a new sleep sound and it's been helping a lot with the nightmares. I'll drop the link below incase any of you want to try it.

Not very good just as it was for weeks on end but I believe last time I slept will be one of the last times I sleep "well" enough.

I didn't get enough sleep last night. I don't like nights like that. Just a consequence of going to bed late and having to get up early the next morning for something. Hate it when those two collide. I don't mind late nights if I can sleep in the next day, so I get my 8 hours.
