Any idea at all what is up with his tummy? Is this normal for him or does it seem to growing worse? Is he feverish or anything? Has he seen a doctor?
Do you have any therapist you can talk to about the night terrors? I'm sorry about your pain too, that is a lot to cope with. :(
Hello my friend  you've a good memory. Yes, my bones still feel like glass they feel like they might shatter some of the time. I broke something in my right hand in California and the healing time sunk me into depression. What happened is that I couldn't push my rims in wheelchair, or use...
Oh how very frustrating! Have you been anemic your whole life? Good luck with the iron transfusions!
I have not. :( I've been too chicken to follow up but will be today. My hands don't work like they used to and I'm trying to figure out how to salvage and heal them before it is too late.
I'm not sure she listened as well as she could have. What you're experiencing and feeling is valid, and in a way by telling you to go into child's pose she seemed to be saying "not my problem" empathy feels lacking there. It is not her problem but if she's been a yoga instructor for any length...

Even after they're dead that feeling comes back. The only advice I can give is know your own strength and tell yourself that was then this is now. Now I can kick his ass. Believe in YOU because you survived.
I'm just so sorry. I know that is not really helpful at all, but I do understand your myriad of emotions and you do have the right to feel them. I lost my mum to cancer a few hours from now 2 years ago. Death is unending sometimes with PTSD. All we can do is survive, thrive, and try to remember...
Glad to have you here @-WillNotBeTelevised- welcome to the group! Also, yes I very much relate to your post, especially for voice change. That used to happen in therapy and still happens sometimes. Are you peace with your little side for the most part? :)
@LilacMoon first off...Welcome to the group, we're glad to have you! As a fellow night owl I understand what you mean. Which arts do you do? What sort of stuff do you write?
Well. F*ck. =/ That just bites. I'm sorry dear.
Here are a few more suggestions on this list, some I really liked maybe you will too. http://healing-boxes.com/50-fun-things-to-do-when-bed-boundhouse-bound/ If I'm annoying the crap out of you just say so.
