Hello my friend :hug: you've a good memory. Yes, my bones still feel like glass they feel like they might shatter some of the time. I broke something in my right hand in California and the healing time sunk me into depression. What happened is that I couldn't push my rims in wheelchair, or use crutches properly, and cannot yet hold a pencil the correct way. It is healing now, but the arthritis in joints has flared something fierce, so often now I just can't use my hands. I'm ready to stop running away from this though, and am going to seek out help and answers. *warm :hug:s* to you dear.

Hello dear :hug: It is so unfortunate that you broke your right hand, as you already struggle with your hands. I hope this was at least caused by an accident and not an abusive person, but I got the impression from you that you had banned abusive people from your life. Totally understand becoming depressed about this. It is the reason I write back just now as when I first read it, I felt so sad about this and did not know what to write. Take care my dear to not break anything again. What is or are the alternative(s) you are exploring now? Special physical therapy of some kind? I hope you really find something and can keep using your hands. This active approach will benefit you, I am sure. Big Hugs :hug:
