Fyi US Flat Rate boxes only work within the US

They have a separate international flat rate box. Per the usps website it costs $16.75 for up to 4lbs...if i remember right. I played with the calculator and it seems if your package is over 2lbs that might be the way to go.

This is so much fun and so exciting. But how do you buy a neat and unusual gift for someone you do not know. A list of gift ideas would surely be welcome. Anyone game?

Okay, based on all the conversations while I was sleeping:

• It would be appreciated if you posted here that you received your gift.
• Gifts are not to be opened until a determined date (Forum Christmas Chat, Christmas etc) and we will try and make that when everyone has their gifts..... off shopping you go :happy:.
• Even if you work out who sent your gift you are forever sworn to public secrecy (or approaching them via PC) as part of this game is the demonstration of trust from unknown people which I believe to be beneficial for some Sufferers here.
• You can express your thoughts about your gift here after the nominated 'opening' of presents date yet to be determined.

Kris Kringle sounds fabulous Ayesha. With the exception of prime-no (due to her country's postal rules) it would be great if no-one actually put their name or forum name on the package. You could also use PTSD Forum as the sender.

Gizmo it is supposed to be secret :bag: ...... using your name will give it away as I believe, with the way I have split the names, the sending address will mean little or nothing to the recipient and is only for postal reasons.

But if you have to use a name then you have to...... :(

One issue that may arise is the customs sticker that has to go on international packages, if like the UK ones, it will need a signature.
