Okay, big misunderstanding in some ways...many ways. :wideeyed::bag:

@Sammyiam and I wanted to pick a similar date compared to last year - as it was a Saturday. Weeked should be most comfortable for most participants - also considering the time zones. ...but I messed up November 14 with Dezember 14 in my calendary. :bag::bag: ...so, it's 12th or 19th of December. The 14th December is a Monday and not the best choice.

I'm sorry for the confusion. ...so, these are the two Saturdays to choose between. :bag:

Ok thanks for that I just looked at last years date but forgot it changed each year :p we aren't making a good start are we :) we might get fired from this job :p

I think if everyone lets us know what they think, I feel the 12 th would be better as the later date is getting pretty close to Christmas if people are travelling etc and the stress levels go up for most people the closer you get to the crazy date of the 25 th

What do you all think ?????
