This group is the only place I've truly felt understood and want to thank everyone who is here. I wanted to share a book with everyone that I've attached a photo of. For me, it has been the most useful book I've read. It is a blueprint on how to manage your symptoms and get control of your life. The author/psychologist is a long-time C-PTSD veteran and really knows his shit. He also has a website where you can download for free references and other tips in his book that he finds to be the most helpful to everyday life.
