Years ago, I was simultaneously placed on two anti-depressants and was taken off of them shortly thereafter due to their extreme adverse side effects. I am presently not being prescribed nor taking any drugs except thyroid hormone...I still however struggle with staying asleep, anxiety, and now once again S.A.D. has right on time (it's fall!) reared its ugly head. I was also placed at the very same time on a myriad of psychotropics and anti-psychotics by irresponsible "professionals" for their long-term misdiagnosis...and I felt like on all of those drugs at the same time...well...like my brain was in a Vitamix blender. Horrible experience...one that I seen not to be able to forget.
I've taken Klonopin under the generic name ClonazePAM and it did help to relieve my anxiety and stress...however like most all of the antidepressant drugs I've ever been placed on...it as well eventually stopped working and also this particular drug caused me memory loss while on it. I do know that many people have good success taking antidepressants, however, sadly this has never been my personal experience.
