Better Access To Psychology Scheme

I got my doctor to fill in a Better Access to Psychology Care Scheme today and they charged me $194. My eyes nearly popped out of my head.

It made me wonder why on earth I get one, because the money I save goes to the doctors.

Luckily though, it was covered by $163.35 by medicare. So I really only had to pay $31

Phew. So it ended up good.

What is a Better Access to Psychology Care Scheme?

Australian scheme... there are lots here for subsidised psychology. You can get a 10 visit plan, reducing each visit to only around $10 or so for the first 10 visits, which you can get each financial year.
