Confused. com - treatment for cptsd or bpd?

So confused know I need big help now but when I read about my problems it seems like complex ptsd looks the same as borderline personality disorder. So I am like what is it then do I have one or both is the treatment the same or different. What if I seek treatment for one and I have the other

When you seek treatment they have you fill out a questionnaire and interview you to evaluate what you have and then they come up with a treatment plan. You could say that you are concerned about which one it is, but usually the experts are pretty good about knowing what it is and how to treat you.
