I really hope that I have given good advice to others and that I may have made a difference here. My nursing was what gave me confidence.....and now that is gone. In helping out here when I can and am having a good day makes me feel a little better about myself and my self esteem is not that great right now but hearing encouraging words really helps. I was congratulating myself for two years here...now i need to beat my prescription drug dependance and abuse from this back injury...boy do i feel releived admitting that. All I know is that I need to get off these drugs whether they are legal or not...I look sick when i look in the mirror but in all reality it is almost three years since the back injury...that is along time to take pain killers.

You have what it takes, I'm sure. You've traveled a long, long journey in these last two yrs., with tremendous amounts of hard work. ....Now here's to keeping your journey moving forward and keep up your great progress.
