I started this as a unique topic, as many from the US plunder around this constantly in their posts, health treatment, employment, greed, etc that occurs within the USA.

The US is happy and endorses these Arab countries having civilian revolutions to remove dictators and implement a more democratic leadership, yet in the USA, they are the largest dictator country in the world, not democratic like they attempt to politically insight.

You can't have equality and unbiased decisions in politics when the very foundation of your political structure is built on donations and campaign contributions from third party influences. That immediately says, I will donate to your cause for election campaigning, but you owe me big. There is no democracy in I.O.U. type political structures, hence how much of the US fortune 500 companies exist because they have literally bribe political influence to allow a law be passed in order to improve their bottom line figure.

The US is the example to the world on how not to have a political structure.

So, does the US need its civilians to march against its own political organisation demanding change, a civil revolt?

Must. Not. Say. Anything.

Please do... just keep it as your opinions. If anyone begins attacking another's opinion here, it will be deleted and the member removed.

The pot can have Julia Gillard... what a nightmare. Now she is trying to get a carbon tax in with momentum... which OMFG, would insanely drive prices of living outside of even the average income families, being two working with an average of $100k - $120k total combined contribution to household income.

to the moon you go politicians :D

You can make a lot of money selling carbon credits to various companies. Especially oil industries etc. Lot's of money.

HAH FAT CHANCE, I believe we do, This system is so corrupt it just puts money into the pockets of ceo fat cats and politicians, but the majority of americans dont care they are content with eating thier mcdonalds and shopping at wal-mart.
America puts these middle east dictators in charge then 20 years later we go to that country and blow it up, show me a country in the middle east that america hasnt sold weapons to or we havent dabbled our fingers in their govt and politics

I live in wisconsin, it is a state in the north central of the coutry for those of you not from america and the people here are in an uproar cause our govenor wants to make people who work in the gov't pay into thier own retirement cause our state is broke. Why shouldnt they i have to pay my retirement, social security is gonna be gone when its my time to retire. I thought our govt was for the people by the people, They get paid by my taxmoney and they want me to pay their retirement and mine. But why havent we gone after big business, they sent all our jobs overseas to china and down south to mexico for cheap labor. Its hard not to be broke when you dont have jobs.

I could keep going but i might end up breaking some stuff. Maybe my thoughts on this subject are skewed cause of the service i did for this country and the no thanks i got for watching americans die and watching iraqis die. I dont want a thank you i want political reform. Its the worlds largest 'good ole boy' system.
For the people by the people. yeah right more like, FOR THE RICH ON THE BACKS OF THE POOR
hope you enjoy your ramen noodles for breakfast lunch and dinner america, cause i sure as hell dont!

On a state level, people just voted out a crooked jerk as a state senator and put in a wonderful woman who has great integrity. So what does our new governor do? He appoints the (same political party) crooked sleaze bag that we tossed out into a very well-paid, cushy, high-benefits and powerful state position: in power over us again! "Taking care of their own." Grrrr!

Sorry, not to offend anyone personally...One of the best things about being a Canadian is we are not from the US. That's only one, I have plenty. I believe we are very fortunate here. Don't get me wrong we have loads issues, especially here on the East Coast, my daughter is a single mom with three kids and no child support, trying to go to school.
I was a single mom with one kid, working one full time job, two part time jobs, going to AA meetings and just newly divorced. I went to our social assistance office and asked if they could help with a bit extra support for babysitting so I could go to AA meetings....they said NO, so if I get drunk and loose all my jobs, I will have to be 100% on assistance instead of 20%, they said, we're sorry, but the rules are the rules you know. but still, it's Canada! eh.

Okay.

The US is the worlds bully. Someone does have to keep certain nations from blowing up the rest of the world though and I think the majority of the rest of the countries are happy to let it be them. Less likely to get attacked back.

Americans I think have a sense of pride for their country thats a little misconstrued and warped.
Go into any chat room online anywhere in the world and ask "a/s/l" and Americans reply whatever, 28/m/ca. The rest of us will reply 28/m/and our country not our province, state, county etc.
Again, any chat room and say 'America sucks' and you're going to have about 15 people jump you.
Say 'Canada sucks' and you're going to get "Oh yeah, I know eh?"

(we're our own worst spreaders of Canadian stereotypes)
Greed is just part of the newly refined American dream and people who are classified upper-middle class or higher are super genius to keep the rest of Americans poorer. People with less money tended to have to work instead of dick around with politics, led to apathy of the current poor generation and basically screwed themselves out of a real power to ever change anything. Done it to themselves basically.

*takes a breath* and saying that, Hitler blew up his parliment building to gain power.... does anyone think the war in Iraq was anything more than a son trying to finish what his father failed how many years ago in the gulf war? I wasn't even born then and I can figure that one out. Or maybe it had something to do with the fact that his in-laws have major interest in the oil companies in the middle-east.

They are the dictators of the world.
I'm glad their government is wasting all its money on military junk so my government doesnt have to.
and seriously hope there's no uprising or revolution because the next super-power that takes their place won't be as 'lesser evilish' as the states and... their crap always spills across the border.
