:D I thought of telling you, if you want this publicized, I could pull together a pitch. I do have a thin connection to a HuffPo writer, but you know, Reddit is fertile enough ground that its stories get launched nationally with a good enough write-up... Just saying! :P

You feel free... I accept their decision, it is their ad network. I just don't personally like that they make-up a new reason that isn't within their content policy, and really... to invalidate life trauma as something that should be not monetised... how do they figure that one when that very money goes back to helping the actual issue. I did check before instigating Adsense here, because there are so many bad experiences with it, just as what has occurred here... in that they pull their ads for various reasons, some legitimate violations, some not within their content policies of exclusion and made-up on the fly.

Hey MAS... do you still feel like writing this up into a full press release. I'm actually pissed more right now, as a Google representative called me today, assigned to my Adwords account, wondering why I had paused everything and no longer using them, and if I needed assistance and their skills to ensure it was running optimally. When I told her what happened and that I had dropped Google as a result, she just said ok, she will ask a few questions.

They will take money from advertisers who want to promote themselves upon a site like this, with this type of content... but they don't want to pay me to run those spaces for their advertisers, as that would be supporting sensitive and tragic content. As though this all stops in the world because of what Google thinks!

I'm feeling pretty annoyed by Googles ignorance, and would love if you could write a full press release using all your lovely writing skills, and I will pay to have it released through PRWeb myself, redirecting here to the full version. Time to let the world know of Googles ignorance to the trauma happening in the world.

I think it will be the best $100 I spend.

If this plan does go into motion, perhaps there could be a separate little sidebar donation that could rest in the corner for this cause for several months as it is near the holidays.

I do not forecast a flurry of activity seeing how many times you ended up footing the difference of the cost of the site (respectfully due to financial hardships of others). Please understand-no judgement as I am part of the site but I can add at times. :clown:

However our hearts are solid and I believe no one would wish you to go it alone. It would allow the dignity of many to assist, one dollar perhaps at a time with the several hundreds of active members. Just a thought, not perhaps a good one...but offered none-the-less.

You really should inform them that you are removing your support from them because of their discrimination against those with PTSD. Sometimes they won't care. But then again, sometimes they do. And of course they can't react to something that they don't know about.

Well, I tweeted to them, they ignored me. Such is life. Every other time I've complained to a company they've responded. Guess Google is so big that they don't have to listen to complaints. (Sort of like eBay in that its their way or the highway and they can make up any rule they want and boot your for not complying.)

Well, I tweeted to them, they ignored me.

I once had a bank mess with me. So I blogged about it. Nothing but the exact truth. Then asking some small leading questions. They relented and begged me to remove the BLOG post. So that worked out. I of course pointed them to the BLOG post...

Yeah, Google may be too dumb for their own good.

I just looked at how we were tracking this month... Hope there are some members out there who are able to contribute to help keep this resource online. If most members only donated $1 a month we would be able to maintain this site without concern. If you're in a position to assist I'm sure all members would appreciate your contribution.
