That's relatively common, whether it's due to feeling overwhelmed, feeling like you don't have people that care, not wanting to "burden" others, or a whole other reason. If there are any text based services where you live, I'd recommend using them- online groups can be pretty helpful, too. A lot of mental health sites have people you can talk to for free if you need to, and they usually respond automatically and don't pass on your information unless they feel you're gonna hurt yourself/ someone else
