Welcome, and I hope you find the answers you need. I mean that you found a place to fit. I have been in the nut house to it wasn't bad after the first 3 or 4 weeks learned a lot. I'm glad you failed and you are on your way to finding yourself. That was the hardest part for me and it is still a struggle everyday I want to run. I think your on the right trac though. Just feel I need to let you guys know, I`m taking a couple days out from the site. Its been a bad couple of weeks, and I`m almost at the bottom of my pit.

I know the threads here help, but reading what you are all writing at the moment is just draging my down further. Need to get my head cleared. There are so many new things I want and need to answer and say, but with my current state of mind nowt good would come out.

ok i`m back again :sneaky: back on that upward spiral, can`t sleep for shit at the moment, but the days in the week that i`m nasty are getting less, plus the taste for wine has dropped off, which is allways a good sign with me.

Well what better place for an Update than in my welcome Thread

0600 this morning woke up to find my Princess had died in her sleep.
When we used to go to the market when she was a puppy, she would sit over my shoulder like a Pirates Parrott so nobody would stand on her.
She was 16, Old for a Jack Russell, she had grown up and grown old along side my son who is 16
She saw me through my diagnoses of PTSD and the years that came after, helped me a load more than a dog 10 times her size.

That 25 years marriage has turned sour aswell, so now I realy am truly going to be on my own.
